AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Use of HandsFree Health devices requires a paid auto-renewing subscription. Your subscription will be automatically renewed each month unless you cancel your subscription at least 72 hours before the next automatic payment. By placing this order, you authorize HandsFree Health (without additional notice to you) to charge and collect the fee amount specified during your original order and any applicable taxes (e.g., sales, service, property, use, and local taxes) using the payment method provided by you. The subscription fee is subject to change in our sole discretion effective as of the first day of any Renewal Term. HandsFree Health may terminate this Agreement for non-payment of the Fee and recover all payments due to HandsFree Health.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into the shop.handsfreehealth.com site using the username and password you created when purchasing the devices. 

By accepting this Informed Consent, you agree to the following:

  1. You agree you will be charged for the hardware plus an auto-renewing monthly subscription in the amount specified in your order and any applicable taxes.
