Say ‘hello’ to WellBe®, your voice-enabled medical alert speaker and virtual health assistant. Chat with WellBe using the WellBe Chat™ feature. You can also set medication and appointment reminders, provide family caregiver notifications, answer your health questions, track blood pressure and glucose, listen to audiobooks, play music, and so much more. WellBe’s Medical Alert Speaker provides the security of knowing help is a button or voice call away.

$19.95 monthly subscription

To get started on your subscription set-up, simply follow the five easy steps below:

  1. Select “Add to Cart” and proceed through the checkout process. This is where you will be asked to provide your personal and payment information to purchase your monthly subscription.
  2. Wait 30 minutes as your WellBe receives and processes your subscription activation code.
  3. Download the WellBe Virtual Assistant App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (after the 30-minute activation process).
  4. Select “Create Account,” once the app is successfully downloaded. The app will then guide you through the steps to finalize the setup.
  5. Start using your new WellBe Medical Alert Speaker, and enjoy the feeling of freedom and safety.

AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Use of HandsFree Health devices requires a paid auto-renewing subscription. Your subscription will be automatically renewed each month unless you cancel your subscription at least 72 hours before the next automatic payment. By placing this order, you authorize HandsFree Health (without additional notice to you) to charge and collect the fee amount specified during your original order and any applicable taxes (e.g., sales, service, property, use, and local taxes) using the payment method provided by you. The subscription fee is subject to change in our sole discretion effective as of the first day of any Renewal Term. HandsFree Health may terminate this Agreement for non-payment of the Fee and recover all payments due to HandsFree Health.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into the shop.handsfreehealth.com site using the username and password you created when purchasing the devices. 

By accepting this Informed Consent, you agree to the following:

  1. You agree you will be charged for the hardware plus an auto-renewing monthly subscription in the amount specified in your order and any applicable taxes.

  2. The credit card provided at the time of order will be charged automatically each month without additional notice to you, unless you cancel 72 hours before the next automatic payment.
