Your monthly subscription provides you access to our national monitoring center for emergency support with 24/7 access, GPS location, and 4G cellular data to keep you connected at-home or on-the-go.

To get started on your subscription set-up,
Simply follow the five easy steps below:
- Select “Add to Cart” and proceed through the checkout process. This is where you will be asked to provide your personal and payment information to purchase your monthly subscription.
- Wait 30 minutes as your WellBe receives and processes your subscription activation code.
- Download the WellBe Virtual Assistant App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (after the 30-minute activation process).
- Select “Create Account,” once the app is successfully downloaded. The app will then guide you through the steps to finalize the setup.
- Start using your new WellBe Medical Alert Watch, and enjoy the feeling of freedom and safety!
