Congratulations on the arrival of your brand new WellBe® Medical Alert Pendant! All you have to do to activate your new pendant is sign up for the WellBe Emergency Alert Subscription. Your monthly subscription provides you access to our national monitoring center for emergency support with 24/7 access, GPS location, and 4G cellular to keep you safe at home or on the go.

To get started on your subscription set-up,
Simply follow the five easy steps below:
- Select “Add to Cart” and proceed through the checkout process. This is where you will be asked to provide your personal and payment information to purchase your monthly subscription.
- Wait 30 minutes as your WellBe receives and processes your subscription.
- Download the WellBe Virtual Assistant App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (after the 30-minute activation process).
- Select “Create Account,” once the app is successfully downloaded. The app will then guide you through the steps to finalize the setup.
- Start using your new WellBe Medical Alert Pendant, and enjoy the feeling of freedom and safety!

Fall detection enables your WellBe Medical Alert Device to automatically place a call for help when a fall is detected. Fall detection is available on the WellBe Medical Alert Device for an additional monthly fee.
How it Works:
Fall detection is designed to detect when a hard fall occurs. A hard fall is any sudden downward movement unique in speed and distance. Detecting only hard falls limits the number of false alarms and provides a better user experience. When a hard fall is detected your WellBe Medical Alert Device will automatically initiate a call for help and connect you with emergency services without the need to press a button.
Fall Detection, if included in your medical alert subscription, can sometimes activate during non-falls, and does not always detect 100% of falls. If the user is able, they should always press the help button on the device in the event of an emergency.
